As his pregnant wife Anne-Marie Duff made a stunning appearance at the Baftas, actor James McAvoy had other things on his mind.
The star passed his driving test with flying colours at the weekend with Intensive Courses Driving School.
Having taken just two weeks’ worth of intensive lessons, James went home to his expectant wife with a full driving licence and 25 hours of driving behind him.
According to Hello Magazine, The 30-year-old apparently booked the course after discovering his first child was on the way.
“With the baby coming, James thought it was important to be able to get his family safely from A to B,” says a source.
“Once he decided to do it, he wanted to do it quickly.”
