I cannot recommend Paresh enough. He was tough when I was lazy and encouraging when I was frustrated. I passed my test first time and I put this down entirely to his considerate and entertaining way of teaching. I would recommend him to anyone. Kester
Working around your schedule
Our driving instructors will pick you up from your home at the start of each driving lesson, following a schedule that works around you. If you have limited free time available throughout the week, you can benefit from our semi-intensive driving course.
When choosing between an intensive driving course or a semi-intensive driving course, this will be determined by your schedule; we agree in advance which will work best for you. Our intensive driving courses run from 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 9 day and 11 days. If you opt for a semi-intensive course, we can schedule your lessons for 1-2 days a week, for around 3-5 hours per session.

Where is the best quietest place to start your lessons from?
Over towards Meath Road going onto the one way road of Corporation Street back and then onto Harcourt Road is a good starting point.
What are the speed limits on the roads?
There are mostly 30 mph with some 20 mph. On the dual carriageways they are 40 mph and 50 mph.
Are there many big or small roundabouts in my area?
Bow Roundabout is quite big and very busy, lots of cyclist so be extra careful, rush hours are a bit of a nightmare with traffic there.

The A12 and the A13 are the closest dual carriageways to the East of London. Then after that you have the A406 North Circular Road.
What are the best times during the day to do your driving lessons?
All times other than rush hour, once the rush hour traffic is gone it’s quite a pleasant place to learn to drive.

Are there any places to practice bay parking?
The Big Tesco at Becton has a very large car park also and Asda at Leyton Mills has a big car park. It does get busy with shoppers so be careful. You can also go in housing estates and you will find places to practice, don’t practice in the same area for any length of time as this might annoy residents. Tesco have a bis superstore not far from Wanstead which is another good place to practice.
Which are my nearest theory test centres?
The nearest theory test centres are Mile End (Limehouse) which has three centres A, B and C, and then there is London Bridge (Southward) theory test centre, the next theory test centre after that is Ilford.

All test centres are the same. The closest practical test centre is Wanstead which has lots of roundabouts. If you’re not a fan of roundabouts then Goodmayes has fewer roundabouts on the test routes. Barking test centre covers a wide range of road types. Wood Green and Tottenham test centres cover mainly the same roads, the main difference is that Wood Green has a smaller car park so be careful going in and out of the car park. The Chingford test centre car park is on a slope. If you can get a chance to practice there then take it. So don’t worry which test centre you get.
